Axiom Support team will act as a coordinator between OEM and the customer.Any RMA, TAC assistance is provided by Axiom as per the agreed SLA.
Axiom Support Team covers the end to end support for the IT equipments availed through Axiom. If Warranty Support is required for the Outsourced Products it can be done on Chargeable Basis.
