  • Product Warranty can be covered if OEM warranty is available
  • Axiom Support team will act as a coordinator between OEM and the customer. Any RMA, TAC assistance is provided by Axiom as per the agreed SLA.
  • Axiom Support Team covers the end to end support for the IT equipment’s availed through Axiom. If Warranty Support is required for the Outsourced Products, it can be done on Chargeable Basis.
